Paradise

Inspired by the song "Paradise" of Coldplay, this outfit is an inspiration to the ever beautiful Bali. Being raised and born in Bali is a great gift to me from God as it is a stunning place with mix of different cultures, nice beaches, cafes and scenery. The colors reflected on the clothes are primarily light pink, blue and silvers. The baby blue on my skirt reminds me of the blue colors of the beaches, and how the pink and blue blend well together creating a nice contrast on each other. WHile the silver adds a touch of elegance for a polished look.

It is simply casual wear which what most people in Bali wear just a shirt, and a skirt, it might be maxi skirt or even just a mini skirt which fits to the body and throw a pair of Havaianas and some cute little bracelets or necklace to complete the casual styled look. I paired them with the nude heels I just got from Zara around 2 months ago, which I think is really pretty and suit my skin well. My Birthday 2012

Dear readers,

Sorry for not updating for such a long time and really thankful for your support of viewing, following and commenting this blog all the time :) I just got a new interior design job around 2 months ago and it kept me really busy. Ever since, I don't have much spare time to take photos, to arrange my outfits and plans any new updates for my lookbook. But last month I did go out to nice places for my birthday and I'm about to blog about it today! This is for my birthday anniversary, I am wearing a dress from LABELLAVITA, an online shop based in Singapore. It is a really simple beige bodycon dress which you can find HERE!

I went to celebrate few times with my friends and this is just the first part in Salt Grill and Sky Bar located in ION Orchard Singapore. It is a really nice place which gives you a high-end, classy ambiance. The second part of my party is located at Novus, a restaurant at National Museum of Singapore. I am wearing a Zara Jacquard dress with Silver necklace I got few months back. All heels worn are by Steve Madden. Enjoy the scroll of photos!

Trend Report : Peplum Dress

The "Peplum Dress" is celebrated through Peter Som and Tory Burch Fall 2012 Ready-to-wear Collection. I really loved the simplicity of the white minimalistic peplum Dress Peter Som created as it really enhances the womanly curves and loved the dark green sequined top in Tory Burch collection. So due to the trends, as I got my inspirations to wear Peplum Dresses, I went on search to find the right Peplum in Singapore stores. The best discovery will goes to the Zara pink Peplum Dress! The color of the dress is really pretty, with soft color and textures which enhance every girl's feminine side. I truly love the fit as you can see in the photos here.

However, I did not agree with the price of SGD199 which makes me think twice before getting it. Another alternative will be the orange or white Peplum dresses from Topshop which price will be cheaper in comparison. Which one do you prefer? Zara or Topshop?

Beautiful Alhambra

After spending about 4 days in Madrid, we moved on to Granada which reveals another beautiful city. There are no as much as modern buildings here than Madrid, I noticed the way people dressed too are different and I especially loved the food here more than Madrid. So as the pictures here taken at Alhambra, a very well known tourist place in Granada which is a mosque. I'm wearing a much more less-patterned outfit, which includes a cute black down jacket borrowed from my sister, a lighter blue color skinnies along with my Dr.Martens. What a wonderful day!
